Chimney in Margarida Comas Square

In the green space of Margarida Comas Square, a truncated conical chimney dating probably from the early 20th century has been preserved. It is the only remnant of the former industrial facilities that once occupied this area, demolished to make way for today’s residential buildings. Its widened base and top ring reflect the characteristic architecture of factory chimneys of that period.
