Sculpture Lleida

Made in bronze by Joan Borrell Nicolau, this work is part of the series of four allegorical sculptures dedicated to the Catalan provinces, created for Plaça de Catalunya. Unlike the other groups, it does not include specific symbolic elements. It features three women and two children, depicted with strong expressiveness reminiscent of Hellenistic sculpture.
