Barceloneta beach

The Barceloneta Beach, the oldest and most iconic in Barcelona, was renovated before the 1992 Olympic Games. Located in the Barceloneta neighborhood (Ciutat Vella), it stretches for 1.1 km, making it one of the city’s longest and most traditional beaches, also very popular with international visitors. It offers a wide range of leisure facilities (volleyball, paddle, playgrounds, nudist area) and is easily accessible by metro (Barceloneta and Ciutadella stations). The Barceloneta Park is also located nearby.
